Whistleblower In Scott Walker Case Pays Heavy Price

by JASmius

Boy, the Left plays for keeps, don't they?  And they really, really don't want Governor Walker to get into a position to run for POTUS, huh?:

A Milwaukee whistleblower, who alleged that the investigation into Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker's campaign finances was politically motivated, has been exposed in the press and is facing the end of his career.

Michael Lutz, a former prosecutor in the office of District Attorney John Chisholm and a former police officer, said Chisholm said in a private conversation that his wife Colleen, a teacher's union shop steward, had demonstrated against Walker's union reforms and that she had on several occasions been reduced to tears on the issue, Legal Newsline reported.

He added that Chisholm demonstrated "hyper-partisan" bias against Walker and, though the two had been personal friends, he "wanted to speak the truth because I don't think it's right the way they are stifling speech."

After the report was published, Lutz's identity was exposed in an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel after he was hunted down at his house after dark by a reporter.

The reporter also personally attacked Lutz, accusing him of a troubled past, reports of which are unsubstantiated.

"I have relocated my kids to prevent them from being brought to tears by any more J-S reporters and to protect them from the onslaught that has already begun. All for telling the truth," Lutz said. [emphasis added]

"Hunted down".  Interesting choice of words, that.  But you have to understand, Mr. Lutz, that in Obamerikastan, telling the truth is a capital offense.  You can either have as much of a life as Barack Obama benevolent allocates to you, or you can take a stand for truth and you and your family can be utterly destroyed.  You chose the latter.

I hope it was worth it.  Like if a couple years and change from now, President Walker remembers the stand you took and, shall we say, resurrects your career.  Speaking as somebody who has also had his career destroyed, that would definitely be something for which to hope.

And pray.
