Al Sharpton, NAACP Flee Accountability For NYC Cop Slayings

by JASmius

Indeed he is, Mr. Woods.  And as you might imagine, the way that Sharpie is attempting to evade that responsibility isn't by direct denial, but by standard, trademark leftwing extremist distraction via the equally standard, trademark tactic of claiming faux victimhood:

The Rev'rund Al Sharpton claimed Sunday that he’s received death threats in the wake of execution-style murders of two NYPD officers in Brooklyn.

Sharpton, appearing alongside the wife and mother of Eric Garner, played a voicemail for reporters purportedly of a racist threat made against him.

“Hey n—-r, stop killing innocent people, I’m going to get you!” according to the barely audible recording.

The voice mail also included three f-bombs that went over live television in New York.

The operative phrase in that quote is "Al Sharpton claimed".  Now please understand, dear readers, that I am more than prepared to state declaratively that making profane, racist death threats against a profane, racist race war instigator would be wrong, no matter how poetically just it might seem in a "sauce for the gander" sense, and could only make matters worse by handing the insurrectionists fresh propaganda, er, ammunition and enflame public passions even more.  Which is just what black klansman like Sharpie want.

Which is precisely why I think he fabricated this alleged voice mail.  Because the longer public attention and debate is focused on the execution of those two New York City police officers by the black jihadist Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley and the latter's boastfully proclaimed reasons for doing so - which could have been cribbed from any of Sharpie's public bellowings over the past four months - the more the public will turn against him, his revenue streams, and the radical race rebellion he emblemizes.

Or, to put it another way, the Black Klan cannot allow two cops (who weren't even white, by the way, but Hispanic and Asian, respectively) to be perceived as the victims in this equation....

....so Sharpie had to do something, anything, to divert public attention onto some new, eeeevil, nefarious, white racist "threat" to his "heroic leader of oppressed African-Americans" character.  And this garbled, nearly unintelligible (except for the n- and f-bombs) "voice mail" is the best he (and the folks at MSNBCCCP, presumably) could come up with on such short notice.

If real people weren't dying, I could almost believe this was a Saturday Night Live skit.

And Sharpie's pathetic grandstanding isn't the most risible tall grass-fleeing story this morning, although it's no less predictable and stupid:

“These two killings…like so many other unfortunate incidences of gun violence, provide a stark example of the need for sensible gun control measures,” the statement continued.

But doesn't that mean that it wasn't Officer Wilson, but Officer Wilson's gun that killed Michael Brown on August 8th?  And that it was Officer Wilson's gun that was racist because it chose to shoot Mr. Brown instead of Officer Wilson?  And that, accordingly, it was Officer Wilson's gun that should have been subjected to a grand jury investigation instead of Officer Wilson himself?

Oddly enough, we haven't heard word one about the pernicious character of firearms in the entire Wilson-Brown affair - because, of course, the Left had more to gain from pushing the race angle.  Or, put another way, personal responsibility matters depending entirely upon the group identity of the victim and the victimizer.

“While some....

"Some"?

....may suggest a causal link between these killings and the recent protests and activism focused on the serious issue of police violence against unarmed African Americans, we caution against escalating an already tense national state through rumor and conjecture,” the statement from the NAACP’s legal arm claimed.

Ismaaiyl Abdullah Brinsley didn't leave any room for "rumor and conjecture," actually.  He was quite proudly candid about what he was going to do and why he was going to do it.  And it had EVERYTHING to do with the serious issue of black-on-white violence fueled by the organized smear campaign against local law enforcement.  Which no phony, prissy-assed NAACP fig leaf can possibly deflect when the corpses of Rafael Ramos and Wenjian Liu haven't even finished twitching yet.

“Whatever motivation lay in the apparently troubled mind of the now deceased shooter of these officers, there is no connection between the peaceful protests of thousands of people of all races all over the country and, indeed, around the world, and this hideous act of violence.”

Was that with or without the "We want dead cops!!!" chants and the "liberally" distributed hammers?  Perhaps you should be focusing on a class action lawsuit against Home Depot.  But only if their hardware doesn't cave in exclusively white skulls, right?

Ladies and gentlemen - or perhaps I should say, "hos and bros" - you and we define "peaceful" very differently.  Which is to say, you define it as the victims of murderous violence NOT being black, leavened with an amnesiac impression so pathetic it would make an Altzheimer's patient laugh hysterically.

Bernard Kerik is absolutely right: You have blood on your hands.  ALL of you, including Sharpie and Russell Simmons and Eric Holder and Barack Obama.  And you don't even have the courage of your rancid, racist convictions to embrace and be proud of it, as the KKK of old would have.

C'mon, NAACP and the rest of you: Own your hate.  For what other purpose have you spent the past four months stirring it up?

It tempts me to creatively utilize some f- (but NOT n-)bombs of my own - and not on some muffled make-believe voice mail, either.
