Yes, it can - but officeholders in all offices. We, The People, just got through doing the best we could in that regard, but there's still one officeholder, elected and re-elected, who is the pre-eminent officeholder, the one who has destroyed immigration enforcement, and also clutches Congress's Article I, Section 1 legislative power in his grubby, choom-reeking mom-hands.

Which is to say, "illegal illegals". Illegal aliens are already criminals simply by being here, but the almost 31,000 are "second-level" criminals - robbers, rapists, murderers, and all manner of other felons. All turned loose to prey upon the American citizenry, and still vote for Democrats every Election Day.
Just one more aspect of illegal amnesty that sorely needs to be stopped - if it can be, and if the new congressional majorities are paying attention.
