Ebony Hates Ivory

by JASmius

Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony Side by side on my piano keyboard, oh LORD, why don't we?

We all know that people are the same where ever we go There is good and bad in ev'ryone, We learn to live, we learn to give each other what we need to survive together alive.

Ebony and ivory live together in perfect harmony Side by side on my piano keyboard, oh LORD, why don't we?

Evidently, UC-Berkeley's Black Student Union never got the McCartney-Wonder memo:

A black student organization at the University of California at Berkeley is demanding the university rename a building on campus after Assata Shakur, a former Black Panther, convicted cop killer and the first woman named to the FBI’s Most-Wanted Terrorist List.

A jury convicted Shakur of killing a New Jersey State Trooper in 1979. She escaped prison and fled to Cuba. The FBI calls her a domestic terrorist. In 2013, the agency added her to the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorist List, alongside several members of al Qaeda, airline hijackers and bombers. But to the Black Student Union at Berkeley, Shakur is an “icon of resistance within oppressed communities (who) represents black resilience in the face of state-sanctioned violence.” They demanded the university rename Barrows Hall, named after former Chancellor David Barrows, “Shakur Hall.” In 2013, Shakur declared her innocence and called her trial in 1979 a legal lynching by an all-white jury. Shakur, formerly known as Joann Chesimard, belonged to the Black Liberation Army at the time of the shooting.

“We want the renaming for someone — Assata Shakur — who we feel like represents us as black students,” said Black Student Union spokesman Cori McGowens. “Black students on campus have a feeling of isolation, marginalization. We’re at a crisis on campus.”

No, Cori, you and your organization ARE the crisis.  Ditto your campus, for that matter.

The renaming of Barrows Hall is just one of ten demands the Black Student Union delivered to Berkeley Chancellor Nick Dirks last month.

Every last one of which they'll receive in full, and then some.

African-American students at Berkeley already have thirty-three campus organizations dedicated to their well-being, from fraternities and sororities, to a African Theme Program, an African American Studies Department, an African Arts Society, a Black Campus Ministries, Finance Guild and Pre-Law Society.

And it's still not enough.  It will never be enough.  Not until every last white person, student and faculty and administration alike, is purged from "their" campus.

Of UC Berkeley’s 36,000 enrolled students, roughly 3% are black, 40% are Asian, 30% are white and 13% are Hispanic. By comparison, the statewide population is 7% black, 14% Asian, 37% Hispanic and 42% white.

So whites are no more than a plurality already, both at UC-Berkeley and throughout the entire State of California.  Which helps explain why that State is hopelessly and irretrievably Democrat and, accordingly, sliding acceleratedly down the slippery slope towards Third World status.  And you know what they say about "As California goes, so goes America".

And it's still not enough.  It's not enough that the Black Student Union is free to create idolatrous shrines to worship racist, leftwing extremist domestic terrorists; everybody else must be forced to worship their misbegotten icons as well.

Why?  Because "social justice," that's why.

And if any white people fail to comply, they will be lynched.

Just ask business owners in Austin, Texas:

Amidst high racial tensions in parts of the county, an unknown person or group in Austin, Texas, has taken to inciting public angst by blemishing businesses with stickers that read, “Exclusively for White People.”

Yeah, "unknown," <snicker>

Oh, didn't we mention that Austin is the most leftwing municipality in the Lone Star State?  Jus' sayin'.

The decals are designed to look official, featuring the city seal and proclaiming their message is, “sponsored by the City of Austin Contemporary Partition and Restoration Program.”

I suppose we're to "officially" believe that the motive for this mob violence incitement is a "mystery," as well.

Thus far, it appears they've been posted only in the city’s East Austin neighborhood.

But not for long.

Among the businesses targeted is Sugar Mama’s Bakeshop. They took a partial photo of the sticker, leaving out the parts they deemed to be too offensive, and posted it and a message on Instagram. It reads, “Today we were the victim of what I consider to be a hate crime against our family and staff at our Eastside location. Our business was built on family and love and we will let that shine on.”

No, no, no, Sugar Mama.  "Hate crimes" only flow in one direction.  They can only be white-on-black.  Blacks, on the other hand, have carte blanche to do anything they want to whites with utter political and legal impunity.  Because, "social justice".

And remember, Sugar Mama, your business isn't REALLY built on family and love.  It's built on anti-black bigotry and hatred and racism.  You just don't know it, because your conscious mind has deceived you from realizing the vile prejudices that lurk in your subconscious because you're white.  Isn't that the "official" party line?

City officials are monitoring the area and have made it clear that even though the stickers bear the city’s seal it is in no way involved in nor will it tolerate the act spreading them.

What makes you think you'll be given a choice?  After all, Austin must burn.  219 years of slavery centuries ago demand it.

BTW, here's Ebony & Ivory again, as updated by the UC-Berkeley Black Student Union:

Ebony and ivory, kill those motherf***ckers in perfect acrimony, hands to throats on my hammer board, oh Barack, why don't we?

We all know that all crackers are the same where ever we go, They're all bad, We're all good, We learn to kill, we learn to give whitey what he deserves to purge him from the world.

Ebony and ivory, kill those motherf***kers in perfect acrimony, hands to throats on my hammer board, oh Barack, why don't we?

Think that's parody?  We'll be forced to buy the single any day now.

UPDATE: Yeah, about that "unknown person or group"....:

Black Panthers with the Huey P. Newton Gun Club called for the death of police officers Monday during an open carry march at the South by Southwest festival.

The group chanted several anti-police slogans including, “A pig is a pig that’s what I said, the only good pig is a pig that’s dead” and “Oink! Oink! Bang! Bang!” while marching towards the Texas Capitol.

According to a press release, the group, also referred to as an “Armed United Front,” is composed of multiple black organizations including “Black Lives Matter,” a movement funded heavily by billionaire George Soros.

But I'm sure it's purely a coincidence.  Besides, it'd be "racist" to think otherwise, right?
