Obama's Back Door Jihadist Resettlement Program

by JASmius

Given that he's wasted the past year with his House Pathetic Committee On Benghazi, it's nice to see Trey Gowdy finally doing something semi-useful again:

Barack Obama’s plan to import thousands of Muslims into select cities around the U.S. was exposed last week, prompting Gowdy to sent a letter to the Secretary of State John Kerry demanding answers concerning reports of several refugees from places like Syria and North Africa being moved to his home state.

Not that Gowdy will get any answers, you understand, or has any real power to compel them, or that those answers are all that difficult to figure out.  But at least he asked the question.

As chairman of the House Judiciary Subcommittee responsible for the refugee resettlement program administered by the State Department, one would expect Gowdy to be kept in the loop about plans to import refugees to America — let alone his own state.

Why on Earth would anybody expect such a thing from this Regime?

However, he claims in the letter to Kerry that he was completely unaware about the plan to resettle refugees in South Carolina.

Natch.

“As the Member of the U.S. House of Representatives representing the Spartanburg area, I am deeply concerned about the lack of notice, information, and consultation afforded to me and my constituents about this issue,” the letter read.

According to Ann Corcoran, author of the Refugee Resettlement Watch blog, Gowdy is the first member of Congress to raise questions about this program since she began her battle eight years ago to expose the false claims and lack of oversight of the program. [emphasis added]

Which provides a pretty good idea of how well the White House has kept this anti-American scheme secret.

However, Corcoran says he needs to go a step further and demand answers concerning the program and how it effects not just South Carolina, but all fifty states.

What the hell?  If you'll never get any answers anyway, why not shoot the moon?

Miss Corcoran was a little off on one thing - Gowdy isn't the first federal legislator to dig into The One's jihadist importation program:

Texas-10 Republican Representative Michael McCaul also sent a letter to the White House in January where he cited “serious national security concerns” about the Syrian refugee program and urged Obama to not provide a “back door for jihadists,” according to WND.

This was followed up by the following congressional testimony in February:

Though variations of the program have been operating quietly over twenty five years, it recently came under the spotlight after Michael Steinbach of the FBI’s counter-terrorism task force testified before the House Homeland Security committee in February. During his testimony, Steinbach explained that the United States has no strategy to effectively to screen refugees and ensure that there are no possible links to terror organizations.

Doesn't seem like this is any accident, does it?  I mean, if "The Powers That Be" were at all mindful of and concerned about protecting the American people from external or internal threats, wouldn't a process for thoroughly screening "refugees," particularly from enemy countries, be the first thing they would have put in place?  But that's not the case, is it?  Combine that with how the White House has kept this "program" so super-secret that only years later has any Member of Congress gotten the slightest wind of it, and the only logical conclusion that can be drawn is that Barack Obama is intentionally importing as many Muslims as he can to, at minimum, Islamicize America on one hand while de-Christianizing America on the other, and worst, deliberately allowing jihadists into the country in order to carry out mass-casualty attacks to provide himself with the bookend Final Crisis to exploit into his long-sought presidency-for-life.

Speaking of which:

The Islamic State has released another propaganda video, this one explicitly threatening another 9/11 attack on US home soil.

The eleven-minute long film is entitled “We Will Burn America.”

Harmless bluster?  Or tactical distraction from their real targets, which involves jihadist infiltration under the benevolent and approving eye of the Obama Bureau of Land Management?  Either way, O has rolled out the red crescent carpet, and the only remaining questions, contra Congressman Gowdy, is how many American civilians are going to "burn," and how soon.
