The "Persecution" Of Rachel Dolezal Continues

by JASmius

"Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practise to deceive!"
- From Marmion, by Walter Scott

Or at least when the particular deception is one for which the public at large is not yet ready.

By the way, Rachel Dolezal is a real bitch, isn't she?:

City leaders voted Thursday to remove Rachel Dolezal from a police oversight committee in Spokane (Washington).

The vote came during a special City Council meeting.

The Spokane City Council voted 6 to 0 to remove Rachel Dolezal from the Police Ombudsman Commission due to misconduct which was originally reported in a whistle-blower complaint. …

Investigators from an independent law firm ruled Wednesday on the complaint which was filed in April 2015. They began looking into the claims on May 4th.

The investigator found behavioral misconduct during interactions with City employees by three members of the commission including Dolezal. The eight findings include workplace harassment, taking on duties not assigned, changing official meeting minutes, and criticizing the person that filed the complaint against all three in public. Well, gosh, what else could we expect from such a self-righteous advocate of redistribution of heritage?

Seriously.  Supreme entitlement mentality and ends-justify-the-means moral supremacism define professional victimhood.  It's what the human psyche has to do when a person intensely and maniacally wants something that they're can't or not supposed to have and resolve to either take it anyway or pretend it's already theirs.  Rachel Dolezal is in the latter category and, just as with Bruce Jenner, she equates what she wants - universal public acknowledgement and acceptance of an objective fiction - with what MUST be done.  It's coating an act of unrighteousness with faux righteousness as justification, a process to which people quickly become imbued and in which they become subsumed, because self-righteousness feels good, as does the resultant ritualistic condemnation of anybody who stands in the way of their supremely moral cause.

Rachel Dolezal is a white woman who wants to be black.  She couldn't re-sequence those genes, so she pretended to be black so fervently that she convinced herself she was black, glommed the victimhood gimmick therein, and in the end only succeeded in making of herself a lying bitch.

Which, ironically, illustrates that standards of public character still sometimes apply....to white people, anyway.
