Austria Sells Out Of Shotguns As Muslim Invasion Escalates

Looks like Austria is about to have a "gun violence" problem on its hands.  Where are POTUS and TOTUS when and where you really need 'em, huh?:

Weapon sales are soaring in Austria as citizens of the small Alpine nation become paranoid over the numbers of refugees crowding into their country.

It's only paranoia if everybody - or just the ones the pronunciation of whose names requires hawking out a quart of phlegm - isn't out to get you.  When you have hundreds of thousands of Muslims overrunning your country, it's simple common sense.

In a country of 8.5 million people, there are now an estimated nine hundred thousand firearms in homes.

And now we come to the next item of eminent rationality that will completely flummox the gun-confiscators:

And gun dealers report that it is women driving the sales rush. This year alone, police say seventy thousand guns have been sold.

‘Virtually all shotguns are currently sold out, because you need no permit for them’, said Thomas Ortner, spokesman for an arms dealer in Upper Austria....

‘Because of the social change, people want to protect themselves,’ one arms dealer told the broadcaster oe.24. He said ‘many women’ were among his customers.

The flood of ‘refugees’ into Austria is continuing without interruption. [emphases added]

ISIS has been very effective in publicizing what they do to "infidel" women....



....and most of the invading "migrants" are "emigrating" from the Islamic State's core territories of Syria and Iraq.  If you were Fräulein Biggenmelonz in suburban Vienna or Innsbruk or wherever, what conclusion would you draw?  Wouldn't you want to be at least prepared to defend yourself, just in case?

Especially since, as in neighboring Germany, your multi-culti-crazed government not only isn't protecting you but is covering up the Muzzie-fueled violent crime wave:

Germany’s police union and women’s rights groups accused the authorities on Tuesday of playing down reports of harassment, sexual assault and even rape at refugee shelters because they feared a backlash against asylum seekers….

But police union chief Rainer Wendt said he believed that authorities in Germany’s federal states, which are responsible for housing asylum seekers, were playing down the problem of assaults on women in the shelters.

“It is understandable that there is the desire to calm things down politically,” Wendt told Reuters. But he, along with women’s groups, believed that ignoring the problem would be counterproductive. “There is a lot of glossing over going on. But this doesn’t represent reality,” he said.

Because, to put it baldly, reality is "Islamophobic".  Western "authorities" are so petrified of Muslims that they not only won't tell the truth about Islam itself but won't allow anybody else to perform that desperately needed public service either.  Instead, they serve as the "migrants'" public relations flacks and spin doctors, embargoing any story that makes them look any less than public examplars for the "Christian" West to follow.

But as the waggish saying goes, "reality bites".  And rapes. and shoots, and stabs, and blows itself up to take as many "infidels" with it as possible.  To seek a means of self-defense against such a horrifying fate for citizens of a country filling up with aggressive, violent invaders from an enemy culture isn't "Islamophobia," "xenophobia," "racism," "nativism," or paranoia, it's the most rational reaction in the world.

But then, self-preservation usually is.
