Illegal Aliens To Steal Social Security Benefits From Illegal Work

And I do mean "steal," since what this is is indistinguishable from identity theft:

Under Barack Obama’s "Teen Amnesty" [DACA], illegal [alien]s will be eligible for Social Security payments — and they’ll be credited for the time they’ve been working illegally, in some cases. [emphasis added]

As in, "using stolen Social Security numbers".  Which is part of the legal definition of identity theft.

Obama’s [illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional] executive actions — according to a Congressional Research Service memo sent to the Senate Judiciary Committee and obtained by the Daily Caller — will permit illegals who qualify for [Obama]’s program to earn Social Security payments.

“Under the November 20th, 2014, policy memorandum, foreign nationals who receive deferred action status may be eligible for work authorization,” the CRS memo states. “As a result, a foreign national who receives deferred action status may be able to have all of his or her Social Security-covered earnings count toward qualifying for a Social Security benefit (all earnings from authorized and unauthorized work).”

"Illegal" work, in other words.  As in fraudulently obtained and "earned".  "The use of your personal data,­ especially your Social Security number, your bank account or credit card number… to personally profit at your expense.”  You work for your entire adult life, pay into the system (while Congress was spending it all, I know, but work with me here....) for all those decades, and when it's your turn to collect, too bad, your benies have been given to some illegal who used your Social Security number, with Barack Obama's blessing.  And, oh yes, you're a racist.  Good luck dumpster-diving for Alpo with those artificial hips of yours.  Or, should I say, "Buena suerte basurero - buceo para Alpo con esas caderas artificiales tuyos."

Thus does The One yet again make himself a criminal accessory, to....well, he doesn't receive massive applause or SRO crowds anymore, but no consequences for his corrupt despotism will ever be in the offing, now will it?

At least his SS# could be given to an illegal to rob him blind.  Pyrrhic justice, but no less poetic.
