Islamic Invaders

By Douglas V. Gibbs

Smuggled into Mexico, Slip into United States

According to the Washington Times, "A smuggling network has managed to sneak illegal immigrants from Middle Eastern terrorism hotbeds straight to the doorstep of the U.S., including helping one Afghan who authorities say was part of an attack plot in North America."

When I was on al Jazeera America a couple years ago I told the host that a few years ago a study had been done that said one out of three illegal aliens crossing the border was of Middle Eastern descent.  He poo-poo'd my assertion, and even asked me to name one.

Now, immigration officials are telling us that just recently they identified at least a dozen Middle Eastern men who smuggled into the Western Hemisphere by a Brazilian-based network that connected them with Mexicans who guided them to the U.S. border.

The jihad is purposely using our unguarded border to slip the enemy into our country.  The illegal alien issue is more than merely about whether or not we should let Mexicans or South Americans into our country without checking to see if they are infected or dangerous criminals.  An enemy who has pledged to wage war against us is coming across the border at will.

Islam doesn't play by any rules.  They are infiltrating the West, both Europe, and North America.  Their goal is domination, and destruction.

The Washington Times goes on to explain that the group of Islamic Invaders in their report were "guided by two Mexicans employed by the smuggling network, crawled under the border fence in Arizona late last year and made it about 15 miles north before being detected by border surveillance, according to the documents, which were obtained by Rep. Duncan Hunter, California Republican.'

"Law enforcement asked The Times to withhold the name of the smuggling network."

The bigger problem is that the federal government has instructed the Border Patrol to act in a "catch and release" manner.  However, Congressman Hunter says his findings "confirm[s] fears of a pipeline that can get would-be illegal immigrants from terrorist hotbeds to the threshold of the U.S."

Bureaucracy is also placing us at risk.  The Washington Times explains "the Border Patrol didn’t immediately spot the Afghan man’s terrorist ties because the database that agents first checked didn’t list him. It wasn’t until agents checked an FBI database that they learned the Afghan may be a danger."

May be a danger?  If the invader is Islamic, they are a danger.  They don't have to be on a stinking list to be a danger.  The San Bernardino shooter wasn't on a list.  Children with bomb-belts on are not on a list.  Islam is the problem.

During World War II we prohibited the immigration of Germans, Italians and Japanese into this country, not because we are insensitive, or because we are a bunch of bigoted racists.  We prohibited people from countries waging war against us because we couldn't tell the good from the bad.  Like it or not. . . admit it or not. . . we are at war with Islam - not because we want to, but because they have declared it.

DOJ: Hide Names of Illegals Granted Amnesty

The Department of Justice is adding to the problem, and might I say, is giving aid and comfort to the enemy.  They are doing so against a judge's order, interestingly enough.  The Justice Department is refusing to release to the court the names of illegal aliens who were granted what amounts to administrative amnesty (“deferrals”) in stark violation of an injunction issued by the court.

U.S. v. Texas is the case.  The immigration lawsuit was filed by 26 states against the Obama administration over its plan to provide deferrals, work permits, and other government benefits to almost 5 million illegal aliens. Judge Andrew Hanen of the of the Southern District of Texas issued a preliminary injunction in February 2015 preventing implementation of the plan.  His sanction order, according to Hanen, was issued because of the misbehavior of Justice Department lawyers.  He also ordered the Department of Homeland Security to provide him (under seal) with a list of all of the aliens who had been given benefits under the amnesty plan in violation of his injunction.  The Justice Department has been defiant, claiming in its brief that with regards to the required ethics training, Hanen’s determination that the DOJ’s lawyers engaged in “intentional misrepresentation” was reached “without proper procedural protections” and that there was not “sufficient” evidence of the misrepresentations.

Hanen cited extensive evidence in his order of the misrepresentations made by the government lawyers, as well as the extensive opportunity he gave the DOJ to present its side in the briefs it filed with the court. The claim that the DOJ was somehow unfairly judged or unable to present its defense is extremely dubious.

His decision was upheld by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and the case is currently before the U.S. Supreme Court.

As the battles over bureaucracy and judicial rumblings are all the rage, the reality is that dangerous Islamic terrorists have more than one way to enter the United States and cause havoc.

According to Breitbart, UCLA shooting suspect Mainak Sarkar came to the United States on a foreign student visa in 2001 after graduating from a prestigious Indian technology university and was granted permanent legal status in the U.S. in 2014.

Department of Homeland Security databases indicate that Mr. Sarkar was in the United States lawfully at the time of his death, having been granted lawful permanent residence in May 2014. According to DHS databases, Mr. Sarkar originally came to the U.S. in 2001 on a foreign student visa to pursue graduate studies. DHS’ electronic records show he obtained three student visas between 2001 and 2008 to engage in masters and doctoral programs in the U.S.

Meanwhile, they are making the Border Patrol see if an illegal alien is dangerous by looking on a list.

While the media and police say they are puzzled by Sarkar's murder/suicide, the reality is he walked right in probably without as much as a second guess.

In the State of Georgia we may not have any no-go zones yet, but the Muslim killing of Americans has begun.

The attacker was described as "A woman clad in a burka."  She attacked a Georgia homeowner with an American flag that was flying in front of the victim’s home, swinging the post and flag, hitting the female victim with it.

As the victim’s two children sought to help their mother, the woman in the burka removed a show and the teenage daughter in the head. A neighbor subsequently “entered the fight” and was “able to help hold the suspect until the police department arrived.”

No surprise, the Police have not determined a motive for the alleged flag attack. They are probably doing everything they can to try and make it look like it wasn't motivated by the fact that that the attacker was Muslim.

In Britain, the Muslim Invasion, and an invasion of criminals from other European countries, is tearing the United Kingdom apart.

The United Kingdom is admitting their country is filled with killers and rapists they've failed to deport.  According to sources in Europe, Britain's inability to expel thousands of foreign criminals undermines their case against opponents of them staying in the EU.

The streets are unsafe, and they jails are clogged.  The presence of the criminals is a direct result of Britain's membership in the EU.  The people have not been deported because of the EU's freedom of movement rules.

The criminal element includes rapists, robbers, pedophiles and drug dealers.  A report says that there are more than 13,000 foreign criminals in Britain – a number equivalent to a ‘small town’ – either in jail or walking our streets .

What often happens is leftist compassion places the scum right back on the streets.  They are freed to protect their ‘human rights.’  Nearly a third – 1,865 – have been loose for more than five years.

Justice Minister Dominic Raab, a leading Brexit campaigner, said it was clear the EU was making Britain ‘less safe’.

He added: ‘This damning report shows that the EU is making it more difficult to remove dangerous criminals which puts us at risk. It also costs UK taxpayers huge sums of money to keep these people in our prisons rather than sending them home.’
