No Fury Like a Democrat Party Scorned

By Douglas V. Gibbs

"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" - or like a political party scorned, if that party is the Democrat Party.

President Obama has just set a new record for rules and regulations, his administration spitting out 527 pages worth in just one day, as he races to put his fingerprint on virtually every corner of American life and business.

According to the Competitive Enterprise Institute, the administration has just shattered the old record for pages of regulations and rules published by the in-house journal, the Federal Register.

At 81,640 total pages for 2016, it ranks first and 235 pages more than all of those published in 2010, the previous record.

... [and] there are still about 26 working days left in the year.

"No one knows what the future holds, but at a pace of well over 1,000 pages weekly, the Federal Register could easily top 90,000 pages this year. The simple algebra says that at the current pace we'll add 11,190 pages over the next 44 days, to end 2016 at around 92,830 pages," said CEI's Clyde Wayne Crews.

"This is astonishing and should be of great concern, and intolerable, to policymakers. It is remarkable enough that the all-time record has been passed before Thanksgiving," he added.

Obama has promised to regulate by executive authority, but the sheer number of pages of regulations being rushed through is astonishing.

Constitution Note: Article I, Section 1 grants all legislative powers to the Congress, so if any of these new regulations seek to create or amend legislation they are unconstitutional... which means "illegal."

"President-elect Donald Trump could take a page from President Reagan, who brought page counts down from Carter's 73,258 to as low as 44,812. We don't need a pen and phone, we need a meat axe," said Crews.

Radio host Todd Kincannon from The Kincannon Show tweeted that a CNN reporter told him Hillary Clinton became physically violent towards Robby Mook and John Podesta around midnight [on election night] as the presidency was slipping away.

This explains why she didn't come out to give a concession speech that night - she was too busy breaking stuff.

Hillary Clinton did not make it on stage that night. She sent John Podesta out instead.

Hillary was drunk.

She was in a "psychotic drunken rage" https://t.co/jZv376ydDM

CNN would not publish the story!

The CNN reporter didn't fail to report it. His editors will not let him. CNN has banned all "Hillary in the bunker" stories. https://t.co/Iq7WlezU4i

I sure hope someone has video… somewhere. That would be epic!

Constitution Note: The Democrats don't care about the election rules of the American System.  They agree with Karl Marx on two of his quotes.  A) "The meaning of peace is the absence of opposition to socialism."  B) "Democracy is the road to socialism."  The United States is not a democracy, it is a republic, and that is why we have mechanisms like the Electoral College - to protect us from the excesses of democracy.  The Democrat Party stand in opposition to the U.S. Constitution, which is why they want to eliminate the Electoral College.

Retiring Democratic Sen. Barbara Boxer, who was an outspoken supporter of Hillary Clinton during the 2016 election, is set to introduce a Senate bill that aims to end the Electoral College.
Boxer announced in a statement on Tuesday that the bill, which she planned to introduce later Tuesday afternoon, would determine the winner of presidential elections by the outcome of the popular vote.

She cited President-elect Donald Trump's victory in the Electoral College despite Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton's apparent popular vote advantage.

Note: With a report of 3 million illegal aliens voting, and a number of discrepancies including illegal votes for Hillary by dead persons, and her margin of popular vote victory is only by a little more than a million votes, it is clear that in reality, Clinton did not truly win the popular vote.

"In my lifetime, I have seen two elections where the winner of the general election did not win the popular vote," Boxer said in a statement. "The Electoral College is an outdated, undemocratic system that does not reflect our modern society, and it needs to change immediately. Every American should be guaranteed that their vote counts."

This is the fifth time in history that a nominee has won the popular vote but not the Electoral College. The same situation happened to Al Gore in 2000, when he lost to George W. Bush.

Constitution Note:  Barbara Boxer is trying to defy the Constitution by trying to change it through legislation.  The Electoral College, established in Article II, Section 1, Clause 3 and modified by the 12th Amendment of the United States Constitution, cannot be legally eliminated without amending the Constitution, which requires a 3/4 ratification approval by the States (an unlikely proposition since after the 2016 Election the Republicans now control a record number of State Legislatures).  The Electoral College protects the voice of the less-populated States.  If it is eliminated, the votes in the big cities California, New York and Illinois (and we could probably throw the City of Philadelphia's vote in there) would elect the President, and nobody else's vote would matter.

Note: As we learned with the Project Veritas videos, the Democrats are deeply involved in inciting violence in America in the name of "love" and "tolerance."  Sounds to me that the Democrats don't belive love trumps hate, they think their hate trumps everything.

Police in Portland have reportedly arrested 112 anti-Donald Trump protesters. We now know over half of them apparently share one thing in common: They didn’t vote in Oregon. In many cases, they didn't vote at all.
Local NBC affiliate KGW-TV compiled a list of names and ages of the people arrested and then compared it to the state’s voter logs.

Here’s what the news investigation uncovered:

Records show 34 of the protesters arrested didn’t return a ballot for the November 8 election. Thirty-five of the demonstrators taken into custody weren’t registered to vote in Oregon.

Twenty-five protesters who were arrested did vote.

KGW is still working to verify voting records for the remaining 17 protesters who were arrested.

While it’s possible some of the 35 arrested protesters who weren’t registered to vote in Oregon may have voted in other states, the data also suggests a percentage of the protesters were outside agitators.

It's also possible the majority of the protesters arrested didn't vote at all in the election they're protesting.

Constitution Note: The First Amendment enumerates the right "peaceably to assemble."  We do not have a right to "violently assemble."  While the agitators are claiming they are doing nothing different than the Tea Party did in 2008, the difference between the two is striking.  The Tea Party peaceably rallied, and the Anti-Trump agitators are violently protesting and are calling for violent acts to be committed against the President-Elect, his family, and his supporters.  And, when it comes to his supporters, they are acting out violently against them.  While the Tea Party rallies encouraged a movement that eventually led to the Republicans retaking Congress in 2010 and 2014, and Trump becoming the 45th President of the United States with his electoral win in 2016, the temper-tantrum by the Hillary Clinton supporters as they slash and burn and cry and miss their college classes because they are too pusillanimous to be able to handle any kind of adversity, is doing nothing but confirming to Americans why we have turned our back on the leftist movement, and taken government away from the authoritarian Democrats by placing a brass-knuckle fighter and non-politician into the White House.
