In the midst of anti-Trump protests, violence, and accusations of racism, Trump is doing what he always does - moving full throttle ahead. It is as if nothing fazes the man.
Football Great Jim Brown, the man behind the AMER-I-CAN Program, met with Donald Trump, and left the meeting a fan of the 45th President of the United States. Trump told Brown he didn't want to reinvent the wheel, and his administration would support Brown's efforts in improving black communities.
Brown is not the only notable blacks to have met Trump, and decide they wanted to work with him, and in the case of Martin Luther King III, pray with him.
Martin Luther King Jr.'s niece, Alveda King, said she voted for Trump.
"I pray that all polar opposites learn to Agape Love, live and work together as brothers and sisters—or perish as fools. While I voted for Mr. Trump, my confidence remains in God, for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Prayers for President-elect Trump, Congressman Lewis, and everyone including leaders."
Unlike Congressman Lewis, Alveda King believes that Mr. Trump is a legitimate president.
