Summer of Love

While the liberal left Marxist snowflakes promise a Summer of Rage, the new age hippie's version of Marxism promises Summer of Love. . . of the naked kind.

The San Francisco continuation of the Summer of Love began with a naked parade.  Flowers and peace signs were all the the rage.  As for clothing, that was not only optional, but only appeared on adorned passersby and citizen photographers - well, and then there were the rainbow flower hats on the naked people's heads.

After homosexuals encouraged a nudity ban in San Francisco in 2012, nude activist Gypsy Taub decided a naked parade was just what the doctor ordered.  The 50th anniversary of the Summer of Love and the "spiritual awakening of unprecedented proportions" it allegedly ushered into San Francisco, seemed to be the right time and place.

"The Summer of Love began in the 60s but it never ended," reads a transcript of the speech on Taub's NSFW website, My Naked Truth.

Marchers said it was a parade, but it seemed more like a flesh-colored protest performed by people in wrinkly and sagging people suits.  Some of the signs read "Say no to body shame" and "Stop the SF nudity ban."  Signs are easy to read when that's what you prefer to be looking at.

The parade's nudity permit lasted until 2:30 p.m., yesterday, at which time participants were required to cover up.  I was just surprised that when exposed to the sun they didn't burst into flame.
