Hammer Attack at Notre Dame in Paris, France

Notre Dame Cathedral, Paris, France has become the next Islamic target for terrorism during Ramadan.

The road to Hell is broad, and filled with bumper to bumper traffic from Islam.

A man with a hammer cried "This is for Syria" before bashing a police officer in the head outside Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris.  He also had in his possession two kitchen knives and "other unsophisticated weapons."  He continued to charge officers patrolling the esplanade in front of the cathedral.  The wounded officer fired at the suspect twice, injuring the attacker who was later hospitalized.

Paris remains under high security after a string of Islamic terror attacks have continued to strike the country as the percentage of Muslims in their society approaches 10%.  Poland, by the way, has a strict no-refugee policy, and have suffered zero terrorist attacks.

As the incident at Notre Dame unfolded, people have been urged to avoid the area.  

Witnesses stated that the tourists who filled the area heard the commotion, and two gunshots.  People were "trapped" as the incident followed its path of terror, and targeting of police.  Visitors were not let out of the cathedral until being subjected to strict security checks.
