When President Donald Trump tweeted the now infamous video of him when he was younger tackling World Wrestling founder Vince McMahon, but with a CNN logo over the face of the famed wrestling dignitary, CNN and the rest of the mainstream media went nuts over it. They screamed and they cried, but in the end their attacks didn't do the damage to Trump as they had hoped, so now they are targeting the Reddit user for daring to superimpose CNN's logo on WWE founder Vince McMahon's face.
CNN found the Reddit user with their investigative team and then when cornered, the culprit apologized (yet, they can't figure out that they are being played).
"This is a very full-throated I think genuine honest apology. He has also asked we not reveal his name or whereabouts and we at CNN are honoring that," a co-host on CNN said.
Of course he doesn't want to be identified. National exposure as a Trump supporter in this world of violent leftists could mean a death sentence.
CNN decided not to reveal the identity of the Reddit user if he issued an apology and promised not to continue publishing "racist material". In other words, CNN threatened the guy with extortion. Donald Trump Jr. retweeted Dave Rubin's accusation that CNN extorted a private citizen for legal behavior.
"Don't make a gif or CNN will tell on you!" Rubin tweeted.

So much for freedom of expression.
CNN's 'KFILE' publisher Andrew Kaczynski wrote the network would not be publishing the identity of the user "because he is a private citizen who has issued an extensive statement of apology, [that] showed his remorse."

Remorse. Yeah, in a way similar to if you piss off the mafia. The end of it is that the guy wants to live.
"CNN reserves the right to publish his identity should any of that change," Kaczynski warned in his article.

A death threat. Do as the brown shirts of the media demands, or they will ruin your life (or possibly allow the end of your life).
Democrat thuggery by the bullies of the press.
