Judicial Watch Calls for Release of FISA Documents

The Nunes Memo is now out there, and it suggests that the FISA Court was misled by the FBI and Obama Justice Department.

Therefore, Judicial Watch is calling for a release of the FISA documents, suing to make it happen.

Why depend on memos by politicians, when the real nitty-gritty that will expose the details about Obama's allies and their criminal spying on Americans and the Trump team can be revealed by what the FISA documents say?

Judicial Watch is all over it, filing a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit against the Justice Department for FBI documents regarding the FISA warrant application submitted to – and responses from – the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court related to alleged collusion between Russia and Trump campaign associates (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:18-cv-00245)).

Judicial Watch reports that they "filed suit in the United States District Court of the District of Columbia after the agency rejected a July 19, 2017, FOIA request seeking:
Copies of all proposed and all final signed FISA applications submitted to the FISC relating to Russian interference in the 2016 election, allegations of collusion between people associated with the Trump campaign and Russia, and any known Trump associates regardless of context;
Copies of all FISC responses to the above-mentioned applications in which the Court notified the FBI or Justice Department that it would not grant the proposed applications or recommended changes. If any such FISC responses were provided orally, rather than in writing, please provide copies of FBI or Justice Department records memorializing or otherwise referencing the relevant FISC responses;
Copies of all FISC orders relating to the above mentioned applications, whether denying the applications and certifications, denying the orders, modifying the orders, granting the orders, or other types of orders.
While the memo reveals, according to the writer of the memo (Devin Nunes), that Comey, McCabe, Yates, and Rosenstein misled the FISA court, it's still not actual evidence.

The memo also reveals, of which we had already suspected, that the anti-Trump Steele dossier was a “salacious and unverified” document paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democratic National Committee, making them complicit and willing participants, along with the FBI and the Justice Department, in attacking Trump, and trying to stop Trump from becoming President, through corruption and collusion.  But, even though the dossier was pure fiction, and a part of a disgusting and filthy game that you expect to see in banana republics, not America, it was shamelessly used by top Justice Department officials to obtain a FISA warrant to spy on Trump's team, and only God-knows how many other Americans.  This goes beyond the usual attacks on Natural Rights. . . now the 4th Amendment has been violated.

Without all of this madness, their false Russia collusion story would not have emerged.  There would be no Mueller special counsel without the Clinton-financed anti-Russia dossier.  And Trump's investigators are about to blow it all wide open.
