Trish Regan on FOX Business said that the Democrat Party and their allies in the media have been using the coronavirus as a means to impeach President Trump, since impeachment through legal means did not work. She said, "This is just another attempt to impeach the president. And sadly, they seem to care very little for any destruction they are leaving in their wake. Losses in the stock market, all of this unfortunately just part of the political casualties."
FOX Business announced they were parting ways with Regan with the following statement: "FOX Business has parted ways with Trish Regan, we thank her for her contributions to the network over the years and wish her continued success in her future endeavors."
The network had already challenged Regan for her statements calling the media coverage of the coronavirus another "impeachment scam." She stated the hysteria regarding the virus is specifically because they are trying to "destroy the president."
