California Pushing Unconstitutional Vaccination Bills

 OPPOSE S.B. 871

Covid-19 Vaccinations For Students
S.B. 871 would add the COVID-19 and Hepatitis B vaccine to the long list of already mandatory immunizations required for students (K-12) to be admitted into a public school, private school, or various childcare centers. It would also eliminate the ability to request a personal exemption.
OPPOSE S.B. 866
Vaccinating Minors Without Parental Consent
S.B. 866 would "authorize a minor 12 years of age or older to consent to vaccines that meet specified federal agency criteria" without parental/guardian consent, obstructing a parent's right to make important medical decisions for his or her child.
OPPOSE A.B. 1993
Employment Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements
A.B. 1993 would require each person who is an employee or independent contractor, and who is eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine, to show proof to the employer that the person has been vaccinated against COVID-19. Employers would be required to confirm to the state that all employees and contractors are vaccinated or face penalty of an "unspecified amount."
