Obama Threatens Supreme Court Regarding Obamacare

Dictator Obama Issues New Threat to Supreme Court over ObamaCare

In his latest display of his full USA federal government dictatorship over both the American people and the former co-branches of government, Dictator Obama is warning the Supreme Court to either rule in his favor or face severe consequences.

Fox News’ Martha McCallum advised Thursday that the Obama Administration has been quietly sending missives to the Supreme Court threatening that if it doesn’t rule in his favor on ObamaCare, Medicare will face disruption and “chaos.” Therefore, if SCOTUS rules in favor of the US Constitution, Obama & Co will begin its campaign to either destroy Medicare or make those on it suffer greatly. The Obama syndicate is said to be threatening to hold off Medicare payments to doctors and hospitals if SCOTUS does not comply with Obama’s demands and submit to him.

Your Rights Include Property Rights

"It is sufficiently obvious, that persons and property are the two great subjects on which Governments are to act; and that the rights of persons, and the rights of property, are the objects, for the protection of which Government was instituted. McCain About Obama Spiking the Football About Osama bin Laden: Heroes Don't Brag

The Thing About Heroes, They Don’t Brag

John McCain:

“I say any president, Jimmy Carter, anybody, any president would have, obviously, under those circumstances, done the same thing. And to now take credit for something that any president would do is indicative of take over campaign we’re under — we’re — we’re seeing…So all I can say is that this is going to be a very rough campaign,” McCain told Fox News in an interview set to air Monday night. “And I’ve had the great honor of serving in the company of heroes. And, you know the thing about heroes, they don’t brag.”

American Money I Will Not Accept

The above image of a one dollar bill, where someone has stamped "No God But Allah" below "In God We Trust" was on one of my friend's Facebook page. They received this bill as part of their change in Colorado. According to the page, these bills are starting to show up around our country!

I will not accept money that has been defaced like this, and has a message on it purposely designed to counter the heritage of this nation. Do the same. If anyone tries to give you one of these dollar bills as change, refuse it and ask them to give you a dollar bill that has not been defaced.

As a Constitutionalist, I do not accept an ideology or religiosity that has expressed its desire to destroy our Law of the Land and replace it with their warped system as governed by their own, such as Sharia.

God Bless America. . . and God Bless You.

Constitution Study Radio: Introduction to the Constitution

Douglas V Gibbs

Today we begin to march through the United States Constitution. In this episode I will explain some of the basics, and what you can expect in future episodes of this program.

Email of the Week: New U.S. Congress Symbol - Condom

The government today announced that it is changing its symbol for Congress to a CONDOM, because it more accurately reflects the government's political stance.... A condom allows for inflation, halts production, destroys the next generation, protects a bunch of dicks, and gives you a sense of security while you're actually being screwed!

Obama Abolishes Press Conference

Obama Abolishes the Press Conference

President Obama has held just one full length, multi-topic, solo press conference in the last six months, effectively abolishing the most accessible venue for American citizens to observe the thinking and learn the views of their leader.

It’s May, and the president has stood for only a single such news conference this year, a March 6 event in the briefing room. He’s had only three since last June, counting a November press conference in Hawaii that was supposed to be devoted to the just-held Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation summit but which veered off into other issues.

NBC Brian Williams: Example of a Morally Bankrupt Nation

NBC’s Brian Williams: ‘Unmitigated Joy’ Over Daughter’s Graphic TV Sex Scenes

NBC anchor Brian Williams likes skin, and doesn’t seem to care whose. He once gushed over a shirtless President Obama. Now, he’s enthusiastic about his own daughter, Allison Williams taking it off (to put it politely) for the public. In a recent interview Williams said he felt “unmitigated joy” about watching his daughter’s graphic sex scenes in Lena Dunham’s new show “Girls.”

In the bleak, amoral world of “Girls,” Allison’s character Marnie is the epitome of first-world entitlement, whining to fellow character Hannah (played by Dunham) about how “respectful” her own boyfriend is, while Hannah is emotionally and physically used by her BDSM-loving sex buddy Adam.

Why Do Liberals Feel Compelled To Apologize For Telling The Truth?

By J.J. Jackson

Al Armendariz, President Obama’s hand picked administrator for the EPA’s Region 6 office in Dallas, an academic with a radical environmentalist bent, has issued an apology. Previously, Armendariz had compared the EPA’s strategy of enforcement to terror campaigns conducted by the Romans. “It was kind of like how the Romans used to, you know, conquer villages in the Mediterranean . They'd go in to a little Turkish town somewhere, they'd find the first five guys they saw, and they'd crucify them.” The purpose was to make, “that town was really easy to manage for the next few years."

Armendariz, as if knowing how bad that sounded, then tried to hedge his words on the spot saying that even though the EPA’s policy, according to him, was to crucify random and innocent people, that the EPA would only do this against those breaking the law. "You make examples out of people who are in this case not complying with the law ...” he said. Of course, whether or not “the law” is scientifically or constitutionally sound or not is never broached. It is important to note however to “crucify” someone means to treat them “cruelly” and hence beyond what is reasonable or lawful.

Look, despite his attempted hedging, this is another example of a liberal saying what liberals believe when their handlers let them off their leashes. Armendariz tried to further walk back his comments further by saying in an apology that he “regrets” his “poor choice of words.” Note that he did not say that what he said is not what he believes. He only apologized for poorly choosing his words to properly express those beliefs. Liberals, as well as those who refuse to believe that liberals are really mean people who want to use the power of government to “crucify” their ideological opponents, may not agree. However, all we have to do is look at the facts.

Range Resources, a company that makes its money drilling for natural gas by the process of hydraulic fracturing was recently targeted by Armendariz and Obama's EPA. After an environmental activist rigged his spigot to his gas line and lit it on fire to claim that there was gas contamination from wells drilled by Range Resources, the EPA jumped on the case and began prosecuting. It is important to note that from the get go this case was obviously a fraud. Repeated reports by the State of Texas showed no contamination from Range Resources’ wells in the water table and the documentation of the event was so hysterical that anyone who knows anything about gas contamination in water knew that there was a scam afoot. But the EPA pushed forward with plans to “crucify” Range Resources anyway. However, Range Resources did not back down and fought the fraudulent charges being hurled against them. And they won the day. The fraud was completely exposed and the EPA, who had to know the fraud was a fraud to start with like everyone else did, dismissed its case. Not before costing Range Resources millions to defend itself however. You can bet that liberals like Armendariz seethed over having their wrists slapped.

But the liberal crucifixion of the oil and gas industry is not isolated to their attack on drillers like Range Resources. As gas prices are rising, onerous EPA regulations are squeezing the refining industry too. Refineries have been shutting down up and down the East Coast. Westville , NJ , Yorktown , PA , and other cities have watched as local refineries have been shuttered. The reason is that these refineries can no longer operate competitively thanks to heavy-handed regulations enforced by Obama’s EPA. These regulations have drained these refineries of dollars for so long that now that as alternative, and sometimes cheaper feedstocks are becoming available there is no money left for these refineries to retrofit their process and take advantage of them. These cities are losing hundreds of jobs over this crucifixion at the hand of the left.

Indeed, Armendariz’s words may have been poorly chosen from the standpoint that liberals do not like to let their actual beliefs and plans be known so bluntly. But the words were a true portrayal of the beliefs held by liberals none-the-less. So why apologize? Why not be bold and just admit that you meant what your said Mr. Armendariz?

Nugget:  Lesley Stahl, 60 Minutes. Jose Rodriguez, CIA interrogator who was head of the clandestine services for George W. Bush.

Stahl: "So, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed was subjected to waterboarding, specifically 183 pourings of water in about half a dozen separate sessions. Jose Rodriguez said the average pour lasted ten seconds."

Rodriguez: Can I say something about Khalid Sheikh Mohammed? He's the one that was responsible for the death of Danny Pearl, the Wall Street Journal reporter. He slit his throat in front of the camera. I don't know what type of man it takes to cut the throat of someone in front of you like that, but I can tell you that this is an individual who probably didn't give a rat's ass about having water poured on his face.

Stahl: He never believed for one second you were gonna kill him?

Rodriguez: No. And let me just tell you, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed would use his fingers to count the number of seconds because he knew that in all likelihood we would stop at ten. So this doesn't sound like a person who is afraid of dying.

Stahl: So what happens? Did the sheik break down? Does he cry? Does he fall apart after your waterboarding?

Rodriguez: No. He gets a good night's sleep. He gets his Ensure. By the way, he was very heavy when he came to us and he lost 50 pounds.

Stahl: What, his Ensure? You mean like people in the hospital who will drink that stuff?

Rodriguez: Yes. Dietary manipulation was part of these dire techniques.

Stahl: So sleep deprivation, dietary manipulation, I mean, this is Orwellian stuff. The United States doesn't do that.

Rodriguez: Well, we do.

Ensure Orwellian? Is she serious? LOL

Political Pistachio Schedule

For those of you that are regular readers of Political Pistachio you have noticed that during the last week or so the articles have been a mere trickle, as compared to the usual new item every three or four hours. The unreliability of the schedule function on this site of late, and my horrendously busy schedule has contributed to this hopefully rare anomaly.  This weekend's radio programs will air as usual, and on Sunday I am hoping to finally launch my newsletter. News on the newsletter will post on this site as soon as it is available.

The Race Attacks Liberal Media Has Caused

Motivated By Media Lies About George Zimmerman, a Hate Crime Occurs In Chicago

We're learning today that in Obama's Chicago, 18 year-old Alton L. Hayes has just been charged by police with "attempted robbery and aggravated battery along with a hate crime" for attacking and robbing a 19 year-old man. Hayes is black, the victim is white, and Hayes told investigators "he was angry about the [Trayvon] Martin shooting and decided to attack the victim because of his race."

Now why would Hayes do this? For starters, Zimmerman is Hispanic, not Caucasian. Secondly, there's absolutely zero proof Zimmerman was racially motivated to shoot Martin. In fact, an overwhelming amount of evidence suggests race had nothing to do with it.

Big Rig Accident Right In Front of Me

As I was driving home tonight a rig suddenly cut left, across all lanes of traffic, across the median, across the lanes of traffic on the other side of the freeway, and then up the embankment towards Calvary Chapel Murrieta. I was stunned by it. It was as if the driver just suddenly yanked his wheel to the left.

A friend of mine found an article on the accident.

Sitting Down with a Democrat, Occupy Movement, Member

By Douglas V. Gibbs

I sat down for coffee with a gentleman who listened to my Constitution Radio program, and read much of my writings (including the 25 Myths of the Constitution).  He determined from his research that though I am a "Conservative Republican," I view things from a more objective manner. For example, though I am pro-life, I view Roe v. Wade from a legal perspective, setting aside my personal moral abhorrence of abortion to explain the case from a constitutional point of view.  He had a document he wanted me to review, which I am going to spend time analyzing this weekend, should I find the time, which is essentially an "Occupy" angle in regards to changes to the California State Constitution.

The fascinating thing about the discussion was that when I opened the Constitution, and used the words of our Founding Fathers to respond to his questions, he was taken aback. Many of his beliefs were challenged, and things he thought were in the Constitution aren't.  He asked me, at one point, about presidential powers, challenging my assessment that, as per Article I, Section 1, all legislative powers belong solely to Congress.  To his amazement, no power to modify law is afforded to the President, nor is the creation of law through his regulatory agencies.  In fact, the President's only powers regarding law is to execute law, and not only to execute law, but to only execute law that is actually on the books.  Then, when going through other parts of the Constitution, such as Article VI, Clause 2, it turns out that the federal laws can only be made pursuance of the Constitution.

We discussed primaries, as well. He voiced his approval of open primaries, telling me it solved a number of problems in regards to enabling independents to participate. However, I suggested one of the dangers of open primaries was that, as in Michigan, Republicans will vote in the Democrat Primary, and Democrat voters will vote in the Republican Primary, for the weakest candidates in an attempt to sabotage the opposing party. What Michigan winds up with is a battle between the two weakest candidates. How can that be a good thing? He conceded that he had never thought about it that way before.

Another concern of his were the judges. Panels made up largely of liberal judges, and conservative judges, create an ideological pattern in the courts. In California, for example, he felt the judges should be, by law, split evenly between conservatives and liberals, with the apolitical chief justice breaking ties when the judges can't agree. But if you do that, aren't you putting all of the power into the hands of the chief justice? Conservative judges will always vote one way, and liberal judges always the other, giving ultimate power to the chief justice. The solution is not an even split, but making it easier to get rid of judges for ruling ideologically, rather than only according to the law.

In the end, what my friend found out, is when the Constitution, and common sense, is applied, party affiliation means little. The Constitution is the solution, if only we learn what it means, and apply it as originally intended.

I will update you as this conversation continues . . .

Will of the People. . . As Long As It Follows The Rule Of Law

"All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression." --Thomas Jefferson, First Inaugural Address, 1801
