Rush Limbaugh Joins the "Where's the Birth Certificate?" Crowd

Conservatives have been asking Barack Obama, "Where's the Birth Certificate?" Questions regarding President Obama's eligibility to be president has received nothing but scornful responses, nearly a million dollars in fees to lawyers by the Obama team, and the complete sealing of all of the liberal messiah's records.

I remember when a caller on the Michael Medved show asked the host his opinion on the issue, and he was quick to say, "It makes Conservatives look stupid."

The Conservative Media has not supported the drive for discovering Obama's secrets, and whether or not he is in fact a Natural Born Citizen of the United States - or at least, not until now.

Rush Limbaugh referred to the "Birth Certificate Question" a number of times during his radio program to the surprise of folks who've been asking the same question for over a year.

The conversation on the Rush Limbaugh Show was referring to recent comments by Newsweek editor Evan Thomas, who said on MSNBC's "Hardball" that Obama was "sort of God." Rush said in his commentary regarding this issue, when joking what Obama has in common with God (according to World Net Daily), "Neither has a birth certificate."

"How do they differ?" Limbaugh continued. "God does not think he's Obama. And there's another difference. Liberals love Obama."

Limbaugh repeated the punch lines several times throughout his show and noted, "another difference is that Obama gets better press. Another difference is that God only demands to be worshipped once a week."

Rush always refers to Obama's God-complex, but has mentioned the Birth Certificate issue only once before, days before the 2008 election.

The issue regarding Obama's eligibility has not been mentioned much in the media, however, despite the attention the issue gets on the blogs, Internet radio, and World Net Daily (who now has a billboard out asking "Where's the Birth Certificate?")

The Left, of course, shrugs off the issue. The Democrats, at one time, did hold Congressional hearings to determine whether Sen. John McCain was constitutionally eligible to be president as a "natural born citizen," despite the fact that he was born in the American Territory (or at least it was at the time he was born before Jimmy Carter mindlessly gave it away) of the Panama Canal, and was born to two American parents. Yet, surprisingly (word "surprisingly" used sarcastically speaking, of course), no controlling legal authority has ever sought to verify Obama's claim to a Hawaiian birth.
