Terrorist Miranda Rights

"You have the right to remain silent. . ."

If it was up to the Democrats, admitted terrorists would receive the full rights of the U.S. Constitution, and be read the Miranda Rights each time one of them falls into American custody. After all, the Left does not recognize evil, and sees this war as America's fault, and just a little misunderstanding between those poor Islamic Jihadists, and anyone daring not to proclaim Islam as their religion.

The cold blooded killers that populate the Islamic Jihad, therefore, according to the bleeding hearts of the Democratic Party, deserve to be given the full rights that American criminals receive. Killing American troops, celebrating 9/11 with a vow to cause another such event, and admitting to being bloodthirsty Islamic terrorists (in addition to being combatants that belong to no nation, nor wears any uniform) is not enough to convince the Left that the ideology these people belong to is evil, and their actions are not criminal activities - - - they are acts of war.

The Islamists know that the Americans are a fair people, or at least try to be, and they fully understand United States law. It is their goal to take advantage of our loving hearts, and drive a dagger into them while we coddle their worst terrorists.

After all, 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammad said, after being captured on March 1, 2003, "I’ll talk to you guys after I get to New York and see my lawyer."

Since coming to office, President Barack Obama has suspended the cases against confessed terrorists, and is now wishing to shut down Guantanamo Bay, and transfer these hardened Islamic Terrorists to our American prisons.

And now, the Obama Justice Department has ordered FBI agents to read Miranda rights to high value detainees captured and held at U.S. detention facilities in Afghanistan.

Are you frickin' kidding me?

These dirtballs kill American troops and the only rights they should have are those of a cold blooded killer - which equals zero.

Nonetheless, the Obama administration desires to change the focus of the worldwide war on Islamic terror to "law enforcement." This is apparently a part of Obama's new global justice initiative, with which he will gladly sacrifice American sovereignty so that we can be ruled by foreign law administered by global bureaucrats who hate America.

In other words, he is diminishing the military's role in the war, and replacing it with the FBI and Justice Department, while simultaneously diminishing America's standing in the world, and replacing it with a global governing body that will enable to be Islamisized in the same fashion as Europe is being. The expanded role of these departments in global counter-terrorism operations will make our war against an enemy that is determined to convert the entire world into their ideology at the point of a sword, and with the muzzle of a gun, more like America's wars on Drugs and gangs - and we know how well those efforts are going.
