Islamists Exploit Ferguson Riots To Promote 'Resistance' in U.S.

You know the old saying: It isn't paranoia when they really are all out to get you:

The Islamic State (known by the acronyms of IS, ISIS or ISIL) is exploiting the ongoing violence in Ferguson, Missouri, over a grand jury’s decision not to indict a police officer for shooting and killing an 18-year old African-American.

The Islamic State members are taking to social media to encourage rioters to murder and behead police and political figures. One high-profile Islamic State operative said the group would send fighters to Ferguson if the rioters pledge allegiance to its caliph. In a hand-written note, the operative said:

“We hear you and we will help you if you accept Islam and reject corrupt man-made laws like democracy and pledge your allegiance to Caliph Abu Bakr… and then we will shed our blood for you, and send you soldiers that don’t sleep, whose drink is blood and their play is carnage!”

And why wouldn't these professional "protestors" welcome that assistance and pledge their allegiance?  Remember, while the underlying ideologies of the Left and Islam are fundamentally incompatible, they share a common enemy - Christian America - and each sees the other as a means to a very similar end.  Jockeying for dominance can take place after "The Great Satan" has been destroyed.

It isn't just ISIS exploiting the Ferguson Insurrection, BTW:

Other Islamist groups are also exploiting the mayhem in Ferguson to advance their adversarial views of the U.S. government and police.

Most frighteningly, [Louis Farrakhan] reportedly told African-Americans to rise up against the U.S. government as the Palestinians have risen up against Israel. In August, he justified the terrorism of Hamas against Israel and compared it to the struggle of blacks in America.

In front of 2,000 attendees in Maryland, Farrakhan happily proclaimed, “They know an explosion is going to come.” The reaction was not shock or a worried silence. It was cheers.

Islamists with softer tones like the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) are also using the Ferguson situation to increase their influence.....

Zahra Billoo, the director of CAIR’s San Francisco Bay Area chapter, is citing the grand jury’s decision against indicting Officer Darren Wilson as part of a “tyranny” that must be challenged with “resistance.”

Allow me to turn around the question I posed above: Why wouldn't Islamic Fundamentalists try to exploit the Ferguson uprising?  This is a plumb opportunity for them to dramatically ratchet up their subversive influence in the heart of "The Great Satan".  We've already seen how the soullessness of "progressivism" has motivated thousands of young, de-Christianized Westerners to flock to the Islamist banner for the ostensible meaning and purpose that Islam offers.  The divisively racist, incendiary attitude and policies of the Obama Regime have created a nationwide powder keg that was just waiting for the spark that Ferguson provided.  And now the enemy sees a potential pool of over forty million jihadist recruits they can inspire to rise up, overthrow the U.S. government, and expand the Caliphate's rule to the "infidels'" greatest "Crusader" stronghold.  The only real question is why it took ISIS and CAIR and the Nation of Islam and the others so long to launch their hashtag propaganda offensive.

Exit question: With so much "crisis exploitation" competition, how would the Obama Regime go about handling a domestic Islamist uprising?  Would they try to suppress it, co-opt it, or join it?  I'm as genuinely curious as I am fervently hopeful that we never have to find out.
