And on Good Friday, too. Hardly seems accidental, does it?
Christian blood is gushing into the water, and the queer/Christophobic sharks are in a feeding frenzy:
Barronelle Stutzman, a Christian florist, referred her friend and long-time customer to other florists because she could not in good conscience provide full wedding support for a same-sex "wedding". Although the "couple" received flowers, the Washington State Attorney General, and later, the same-sex "couple," sued Barronelle. [emphasis added]
So they weren't even hypothetically damaged, and they STILL sued, and they STILL won.
Sounds like Mrs. Stutzman needs to be wiser in her choice of "friends," if you ask me.
The court found her liable for violating the Washington Law Against Discrimination and ruled that both the State and the "couple" may collect damages and attorneys’ fees from Barronelle’s business and personal assets.
There are no "damages," therefore, in civil litigation terms, there is no tort, and therefore there is no case. This is nothing but open, blatant, flagrant anti-Christian persecution. It's predation. It's a pack of jackals falling on a stray doe. It's becoming a pogrom nationwide.
The 70-year-old grandmother may lose her business, her home, and her savings – because she stood for her faith, she could lose everything she owns.
What? No death threats? Maybe all the weed up here slows the bloodlust a smidge, but they'll be trying to martyr Mrs. Stutzman before too long.
This link is where the Brethren (and Sistren) are chipping in for the beleaguered, terrorized folks at Memories Pizza and where the same can and is being done for Mrs. Stutzman (hint, hint). Please do lend a financial hand before this avenue of assistance is outlawed and stormed and burned down and all those lending succor are demonized, pauperized and marked for massacring as well - in the name of "tolerance" and "equality," of course.
