Israel Bombs Libyan Facility Holding Iranian Weapons Stockpile Headed For Hamas

by JASmius

Or, "A squadron of prevention is worth a ton of Iron Dome":

An Israeli air force jet allegedly bombed warehouses in Libya placed in a small airfield in the south of the country, according to Arab media citing unnamed Libyan security sources.

According to the reports, the warehouses, which were completely destroyed, stockpiled weaponry purchased by Iran from Africa and were intended to be smuggled to Hamas in Gaza.

Al-Watan further claimed that the jet flew through Egyptian airspace, where it was allowed passage. Last January, Iranian Revolutionary Guard General Mohammed Allah Dadi was killed alongside Jihad Moughniyeh, Hezbollah commander and the son of the group’s late military leader Imad Moughniyeh, in an attack on a Hezbollah convoy near the Israeli Golan Heights border, which was attributed to Israel.

Israel has not officially confirmed it carried out either strike. [emphasis added]

Does anybody still wonder why Barack Obama is colluding with the Muslim Brotherhood to overthrow President el-Sisi and restore Egypt to jihadist rule?  And, quite apart from the Iranian nuclear apocalypse, does anybody question the enhanced ability the mullahs will have to increase the Iranian flow of conventional (and nuclear) arms into the Gaza Strip that the lifting of economic sanctions will enable?

One thing is certain: The IAF is going to be frightfully busy for the foreseeable future.
