19 year old Rickie Fowler has made his mark. The Amateur made the cut, and is going to golf all four rounds of the 2008 U.S. Open. Quite an accomplishment, considering he's a Freshman in College.
As stated in another post, I am pretty familiar with Rickie. In fact, I have played golf with him twice, a few years ago. He was pretty good back then too.
Watching his career, and hearing about all that happens through his father, Rod, and their neighbor, Mike, it is apparent to me that Rickie Fowler is on his way to golf stardom. If he is hanging in there with the "big boys" now, just imagine the impact he'll have in a few years.
Remember the name, Rickie Fowler. . . You know Tiger will.
