As expected, the Middle-Class is not getting a tax cut from the Democrats in power. Not a surprise. Democrats have always been about taxing and spending. Tax cuts are not in their vocabulary, except when pulling the old bait and switch during a campaign. This year, however, the withholding of your taxes will be adjusted on your paychecks so that they won't take as much tax out of your check, but the taxes will still be collected at the end of the year because the taxation tables have not been adjusted. That is not a tax cut, it is a tax delay. Note, those of lower income brackets that don't pay taxes will not have to pay it back. Yet, another example of Wealth Redistribution in action, as well.
And, according to House Republican Leader John Boehner the 2010 budget not only has no tax cuts for the Middle-Class in it, but raises the taxes of Middle-Class families with a new national energy tax.
