Israel Prepares To Attack Iran
According to the Times Online in the United Kingdom, Israeli warships have moved through the Suez Canal shortly after an Israeli Submarine with nuclear strike capabilities did so ten days earlier. According to The Times Online U.K., this maneuvering by the Israeli Navy is in preparation for an attack on Iran’s nuclear facilities.
The British website also indicates Israeli officials have confirmed the Red Sea deployment of vessels, and that this positioning of vessels is a clear sign that Israel is putting its strike force within range of Iran.
While strengthening ties with Arab nations also fearing a nuclear-armed Iran, Israel is hoping the mutual distrust of Iran will enable a successful strike against Iran.
The Israeli air force is also in preparation mode, participating in exercises at Nevada's Nellis Air Force base this month, and at another exercise in Washington.
Concessions by Israel to the formation of a Palestinian State has been the condition of support by neighboring Arab nations. If Israel agrees to the "give up land for support" offer, it is believed by one British official an Israeli strike on Iran could occur within the year.
Such concessions on settlement policy, Palestinian land claims and issues with neighboring Arab states, however, could lead to further problems with the neighboring Arab States in the future. They are simply using this as an opportunity to creep closer to Israel's borders, and place her within a stranglehold of their own. Question is, for Israel: Is the temporary support of some Arab nations in a strike against Iran worth such concessions that could lead to a war with her neighbors later?
