If Government is so great. . .

When I debate Leftists, I ask them, "If government is so good at administering programs, then why can't they run any of them well?

The Liberal usually responds that he can name many programs that the government runs well.

"Okay, then, name some."

Medicare? Medicare is $3.8 Trillion in debt.

Social Security? The program has been used as a piggy bank by every department in the U.S. Government, and most Americans have come to the realization that the greatest ponzi scheme ever created will be gone by the time they retire.

Postal Service? It's called Snail Mail for a reason. When publishers or publicists send me books by potential guests on my radio program, I usually request they send the book by UPS or FedEx because when sent by mail, more than half the time I receive empty envelopes, and a postal clerk that blames it on the neighborhood kids - by the way, my wife watches when the mail is delivered and retrieves it immediately.

Veteran's Administration? It took the VA 6 months to come up with a diagnosis that my private doctor, and team of specialists, diagnosed in two weeks.

IRS? Puhleeeeze! The IRS is the legalized criminal strong-arm of the U.S. Government that believes it is above the law. Like that is what the Founding Fathers intended.
