I have few words regarding the couple that crashed a White House party, and the three Secret Service Agents that were suspended as a result.
Despite the fact the Secret Service Director admitted the agency's error in letting the party-crashers into the White House, one wonders why Desiree Rose, the White House Social Secretary, isn't under more scrutiny. After all, she was supposed to be checking her list, and checking it twice, but instead she sat down for dinner and appointed nobody to do her duties at that time. Rogers essentially left the door open, and then allowed the Secret Service to catch the blame - oh, and by the way, the White House said she does not have to testify in the inquiry.
When Tareq and Michaele Salahi were let in, I believe the Secret Service believed they were doing the right thing. I believe the crashers were let in because someone on the inside made it so - and I think Desiree Rogers knows more than she is telling.
