South Carolina Greene Accused of Being a Plant

By Douglas V. Gibbs

The South Carolina Senate Race is so funny, I have tears in my eyes from the laughter. Senator DeMint is a sure win. Whoever goes against him from the Democrat side is a sure loser. Yet, the Democrats are upset because nominee Alvin Greene won the primary over a "lawmaker." Greene had no money, no campaign infrastructure, and essentially did nothing to win. Yet, he got 60% of the vote.

First, we have to think about why the Democrats are so upset.

Democrats believe that being a politician is a special thing for elite, self-proclaimed intellectuals. Not a sport for the common man.

Greene is a common man. Maybe even more common than most. His interview with Mark Levin testifies to that - Greene couldn't even name his Republican opponent without being goaded.

Second, we have to think about why the Democrats even care.

Once again, it is not like this is an election the leftists have a shot at winning. If they are doomed to lose, then why does it matter who runs? Are they afraid that if Greene was to win it would make them look bad? You know, him not being the intellectual, pompous, smug, elitist type?

Perhaps it is something based on principle?

Never mind that one. The Left has no principles.

Representative Clyburn has suggested that Greene is a plant, and that the election results were changed by hackers.

Is he suggesting the GOP would do such a thing?

If so, why would they? DeMint is a shoe-in winner. Why risk scandal like that for a race that is all but decided?

Clyburn, like the rest of his Democrat colleagues, is showing how paranoid and stupid the leftists truly are.

Honestly, it is comical watching them run around in circles as they begin to realize the reality of the slaughter coming this November.

Absolutely comical.
