Obama and the Book Throw

The Slant is quite amazing. Obama has a book thrown at him, and he doesn't even notice it, nor does the liberal press. Bush has a shoe thrown at him, and he dodges, and then the media was all over it explaining how shoe throwing is such an insult, and it proved how much the world hates us (thanks to Bush, of course).

A book is thrown at Obama and it gets a brief mention on the bottom right section of page 24.

The main-extreme media is calling the book thrower an “over-exuberant fan” of Obama.

Wow, if someone really likes you, they start throwing things at you!

Never mind the Muslim name (Sajid Ali Khan) of the book thrower.

If it had been Bush, we would have been told how book throwing is an ultimate insult due to their hatred of America, too.

The blog, Gateway Pundit, says Sajid Khan even blogged about throwing the book towards Obama, and that the guy is an Obama-bot.

If a "fan" can throw a book at Obama, worse can happen. So the real question here is what is the problem with Obama's security team? How could they possibly have allowed this to happen? Aren't they supposed to protect the president at all times?

Could the book throw have been a test of the water? Islam is known to do such things, you know.

Imagine if the person that had thrown the book turned out to be some conservative Tea Party activist, or Republican blogger. The security team would have been on him so fast he would not have had enough time to turn to run. The media would be all over the "hate" of our poor precious president by those rightwing extremists, and riots would have broken out among the nation's community organizers.

A person with a characteristically Muslim name throws a book at the President of the United States, and the security team shrugs, and the media ignores it.
