The Texas Rangers have eliminated the New York Yankees by beating them in the American League Championship Series. The Rangers, as a result, have earned their first trip to the World Series.
As an Angels fan, it was easy to root for the Rangers. After all, I have three favorite teams:
The Angels of Anaheim, Whoever is playing the Dodgers, and whoever is playing the Yankees.
But I will be pulling for the National League to beat the Rangers.
Hey, Texas is a division rival. You didn't think I wanted them to go all the way, did you?
