Who Controls the Skies Controls the World

"He who controls the skies controls the world," said Dad. He was referring to China's ability to shoot satellites out of the sky, America's domination of space and satellite technology, and my opinion that Islam is a threat that will even challenge the likes of China.

"It would take a century," he said, "for Islam to gain the technology that would enable them to gain that kind of technology, and by then we'd be even more advanced than that."

I asked, "What would it take for the Muslim World to have that kind of technology any earlier?"

"It would need to be given to them."

"Don't forget," I said, "that President Obama, a few months ago, changed the mission of NASA, and now their mission includes helping Islam reach the skies."
