In order to ensure safety from terrorist hijackings, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has instituted various measures that include nude full-body scans and a full pat-down that includes private parts of the body. The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) has indicated that such procedures is against Islamic Law, especially when concerning Muslim women, and therefore will not be used on Muslims. CAIR has also instructed Muslims to report any incidents they believe was due to religious or racial profiling, harassment or unfair treatment.
The Fiqh Council of North America, an association of Muslims who interpret Islamic law, previously warned Muslims against being screened by the X-ray machines that reveal a graphically nude image.
We do not need to be giving Muslims these kinds of concessions. Nearly all terrorist attacks are committed by Muslims, therefore, like everyone else, they must also be subject to a search. If they don't like it, don't fly.
