Education Secretary Can't Say Where Constitution Authorizes Education Department
Uh, that's because the Department of Education is unconstitutional. The federal government has no authority being involved in the school system. Is it any wonder that the downward spiral of our education system went into high gear in 1979 when the Department of Education was created? You would think the public schools would follow a successful model. . . like private schools.
