In Dayton, Ohio, test standards for the police force have been lowered to enable more minorities to pass the test. Is this compassion? Or something dangerous to society?. . . Racism is the force behind the birth of abortion, but the way to defeat abortion may not be to ban it, but to define life. Senate Bill 91, proposed by Mississippi Senator Vicker, legislation may be on the way to do just that. But is it Constitutional?. . . Continuing Resolutions only delay the inevitable. A government shutdown looms on the horizon. The GOP fears it, the Democrats are ready to place blame, but could the best thing be for a shutdown to occur again, as it did in the 90s?. . . TIME Magazine, after the Left calls for civility in the political realm, calls Governor Scott Walker a dead man. However, could what Walker pulled off be a win for America? And what about that judge that put a stop to it with a restraining order? Is it the court's job to supervise the legislature, or is this just another case of judicial activism? . . . Didn't take long, but the Left has decided the Japanese earthquake is the result of Global Warming. . . Should the attacked attack back?. . . Is limited government better than what the Democrats are pushing? . . . Department of Education.
