Federal Government To Sue Boeing For Moving to South Carolina

South Carolina is a right to work state, meaning that employees are not required to join the labor unions. Boeing plans to move their operations to manufacture 737s to South Carolina for that reason.

In response, the Federal Government is threatening to sue.

One must ask, "Since when can the federal government tell a private corporation where they can conduct business?"
