Obama's pause triggered "God Save The Queen," at which point he should have shut up and let it play, then continued when it was done. Obama's ignorance, and arrogant narcissism, kept him talking.
Watch him at the 43 second mark when he realizes he should have shut up and stood respectfully like the rest. Man, George Bush would have been castigated if he did this.
