My buddy Jim Stewart provided the following insight:

.....when the Navy Seal team and other military killed earlier this week were brought home. Isn't it a coincidence how this photo is the only one taken and then published by the press.

It's all about him folks. Perception. He's a fraud. It's all Hollywood, just like his campaign.
