Treason, as defined by Article III, Section 3, Clause 1, is defined as levying war against the States, or adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. The fed printing more money is a bad thing, and I am sure the enemies like to see us struggle economically as a result of the idiotic liberal policies, but that hardly fits the definition of treason in my opinion. Perry is using words he does not understand.
