Political Pistachio has long been telling you that whether or not Obama was born in Hawaii was not the key to his eligibility. The definition of Natural Born Citizen is actually concerning if both parents were citizens at the time of the birth of the individual. What this means is that when Obama produced his birth certificate (of which some evidence has emerged that it might be a forgery) it actually confirmed his ineligibility.
But for those who could care less about original intent, or the founder's definition of Natural Born Citizen, I submit to you the United States Supreme Court's opinion on the subject:
Back in 1875, the United States Supreme Court, in Minor v, Happersett, ruled that:
“Natural Born Citizen” was defined as children born of two U.S. citizens – regardless of the location of the birth. It found: “The Constitution does not, in words, say who shall be natural-born citizens. Resort must be had elsewhere to ascertain that. At common-law, with the nomenclature of which the framers of the Constitution were familiar, it was never doubted that all children born in a country of parents who were its citizens became themselves, upon their birth, citizens also.”

A natural born citizen is a bit more complicated than being born to citizen parents and in the United States.
Thomas Jefferson wrote a letter to his nephew advising him what to study. Part of the letter Jefferson writes to read Shakespeare to better understand the English language.
Now we jump to Henry the V. Shakespeare writes: "Are all thy children kind and natural?"
What does he mean kind and natural? This is your key to the meaning of a natural born citizen.
