As talks are set to begin next week with US, other world powers over Tehran's ambitions, prominent Iranian lawmaker says country has scientific capability to make a nuke — but will never do so.

I get it, the peace-niks want to believe them, but so did the world when Neville Chamberlain came back with a treaty signed by Hitler - and we know what happened there.
