I am not a big fan of Bill O'Reilly. I used to watch him occasionally, but anymore my television only gets turned on for baseball and football.
That said, I found his "apology" interesting.
Note that the final sentence of the article is completely inane. . .
Bill O’Reilly apologizes for ‘being an idiot’ on Obamacare vote, but he’s ‘not really sorry’
And the quote that nailed it?
"The truth is John Roberts wanted to find a way not to strike down a congressional law, and he found one," O'Reilly said.
"It is hard to believe Justice Roberts does not understand the enormous power he has delivered to the federal government," he continued. "According to his reasoning, the feds can now use the IRS to hurt any American who does not do what the feds think they should do. How is that different from a totalitarian government using agencies to control behavior? China does that, Cuba does that."

I thought you said that the Supreme Court doesn't even have the authority to "strike down" a federal law?
Ohhh.. that's right. The courts only have that authority when you agree with the result.
Don't be an idiot, Tom. I was quoting someone. I have already written twice that the SCOTUS could not strike it down anyway, it is up to the States to nullify. You are simply trying to needle your way into ridiculous arguments. Please don't clutter my site with your nonsense.
