The Revolutionaries

"Tyranny, like hell, is not easily conquered; yet we have this consolation with us, that the harder the conflict, the more glorious the triumph. What we obtain too cheap, we esteem too lightly; it is dearness only that gives everything its value. I love the man that can smile in trouble, that can gather strength from distress and grow brave by reflection. 'Tis the business of little minds to shrink; but he whose heart is firm, and whose conscience approves his conduct, will pursue his principles unto death." --Thomas Paine in The American Crisis, 1776
By Douglas V. Gibbs

A revolution is upon us, and it is being waged by the progressives of the liberal left. Under the guidance of the manifestos of such revolutionaries as Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky, the democrat party has created chaos in the United States, kicking the legs out from under her, and the Obama administration is poised to destroy the American experiment and rebuild it as a socialist utopia that has historically proven to be a failure time and time again.

The revolutionaries, however, believe they can do differently in America. They think the failed policies of statism can survive under their own hands.

The problem with statist socialist revolutions is that they always fail, and they always result in violence.

A number of conservative bloggers and speakers, such as myself, have suggested that if Barack Obama were to lose the election in November (I believe Romney will win by a massive landslide - which is a 180 from my previous thoughts because I wasn't sure if the voters would warm up to the not-so-conservative Romney), the radicals would foment violence, and agitate the various groups they constantly pander to with calls of racism and class warfare. If riots break out in the bigger cities would that not then give the Obama administration the excuse to call for martial law?

Though not a probability, it is reasonable, considering the continuous actions by the current administration, that such madness is a possibility.

Washington insiders are saying there is more than just the potential of random riots, for according to the insiders the violence is being planned very carefully. The economic chaos is only the beginning. Obama wants desperately to stay in office, and the democrats will do just about anything to keep him there.

The only question left is how to keep this all from happening if indeed the fears are true?
