Obama's Benghazi - Mother of Navy SEAL: "Obama Murdered My Son"

On September 11, 2012, when terrorists surrounded and attacked the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi, Libya, the original reports were that the confrontation was nothing more than a bunch of protesters angry about a You Tube video that portrayed the false prophet Muhammad in less than a magnificent manner.  The blame for enraged Muslims around the Islamic World lay on an American who produced a poor quality film about the shameful existence of Muhammad, portraying the false prophet as a barbarian of poor intelligence, and sexual immorality including pedophilia.  The President, U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Press Secretary Jay Carney, and a whole host of idiots, repeated over and over again how the film was to blame, and that the uprising in Benghazi was just a spontaneous protest that got out of hand.

Shots were fired, and Americans were killed.  And as time has passed we have learned that the violence in Benghazi was not due to a protest over a film that, before Obama and gang had brought it up, had not even been viewed Online in the Middle East.  Benghazi, after American and U.N. involvement in Libya, was a hot-bed for al-Qaeda, and the attack on the U.S. Consulate was a pre-planned, pre-meditated attack by Muslim terrorists on the anniversary of 9/11 with the specific intent of sending a message to The West.  And during the attack U.S. Ambassador Chris Stevens was brutally murdered, along with three Navy SEALS who came to the Consulate's aid after the Obama administration, watching what was happening live thanks to a drone, told the SEALs less than a mile away at a CIA location to stand down.

The Obama administration was willing to watch the ambassador die, and send no assistance.

When the SEALs were on scene, a gun fight broke out, and rather than send in reinforcements, the Obama administration watched them die.  Obama, and his liberal left cronies, were willing to leave Americans behind, and didn't lift a finger to protect American lives.

The parents of one of the slain SEALs are calling it murder.

Patricia Smith is the mother of one of the slain men, who worked directly under the State Department.  She blames President Barack Obama for the death of her son.

“I believe that Obama murdered my son,” she said in her Clairemont home. “I firmly believe this.”

Patricia Smith voted for Obama in 2008, but in light of what has emerged regarding Benghazi, largely due to the fair and balanced reporting by Fox News, she has come to the conclusion that Obama is ultimately responsible for her son’s death.

Her son was a fervent supporter of Obama in 2008.

Mrs. Smith’s claim follows similar words by Charles Woods, father of Tyrone Woods, the 41-year-old former Navy SEAL from Imperial Beach who died fighting in Benghazi.

“I’m a retired attorney, and I know that these actions legally do not constitute murder. But in my mind the people in the White House, all of them who have authority to send in reinforcements to prevent what they knew was going to be the death of my son, are guilty of murdering my son,” Woods said on Fox’s Sean Hannity show.

Bases in Italy, across the Mediterranean Sea, were less than an hour away.  Gunships that could be used for crowd dispersal were in the area.  Military bases dot Africa all around Libya. The personnel and equipment were available to protect the lives of the U.S. Ambassador and SEALs in Benghazi - but the President's Team refused to use them.

The CIA and Defense Department have denied reports that the men were told to stand down.  Leon Panetta has voiced that he was not going to send men into harm's way unless they had all of the information they needed about the situation.  Panetta, Obama, Hillary Clinton, and all of the other democrats involved, claim they did not have enough information early on.

Later reports have shown that they not only had the information by email within an hour, but that the violence was being filmed live for members of the administration to observe as the terrorist attack was happening.

Questions have also been posed about abilities, and the strategies involved with such a maneuver in regards to bringing in reinforcements.  As a veteran, and someone who keeps in close contact with my military friends, I am here to tell you we have the technology to strike instantly. We have the capability to send a missile inland from a ship out to sea, or an aircraft, through the window of a particular building to smash a vase on a table.

This is the United States of America, and those lives did not need to be lost in Benghazi.

Mrs. Smith is correct. Obama, and his liberal cronies, murdered her son.

The Benghazi cover-up is for the sole purpose of protecting their belief that the democrats, after killing Osama bin-Laden, had rid the world of terrorists.  Reality has no place in their world of fantasy, and they had to cover-up the facts to hide the fact that terrorism by Muslims still exists, al-Qaeda remains to be a threat, and that Obama's actions in Libya have been an unmitigated disaster.
