He came to America in 1978.  Educated as an engineer at Kiev University, he was an important member of the Soviet Union's quest for top secret projects that would better enable their desired military domination over The West.  When he came to America, Arkady's first job was pumping gas, where he made more income than as an engineer in the Soviet Union.  Arkady recognizes statism, communism, economics, and the dangers of gun control, and he is our guest today to discuss these topics.  Don't miss this episode. . . the opportunity to learn will be incredible!
