Background Checks?

Aside from it being unconstitutional for the federal government to infringe on an American's right to keep and bear arms in any way, this following bit on background checks also is a good point:

And before you start screaming about felons and traitors having guns, don't forget that to the overpowering British Empire, the Founding Fathers were felons and traitors. . .

And remember this: the first shots of the Revolutionary War were fired at Lexington Green, while the British were on their way to Concord to take our guns and ammunition!
