According to the New York Times, the A.C.L.U. is suing the Obama Administration Over Collection of Phone Logs.
Under George W. Bush the phone logs targeted were only those involving a foreign party, while these logs include domestic to domestic calling.
It is believed that the lawsuit, filed in New York, could eventually work its way to the Supreme Court, bringing into play the Fourth Amendment, regarding the fundamental right against unreasonable search and seizure.
