OSP dash cam captures shooting near Biggs Junction.
An Oregon State Police cruiser's dash cam captured a gun battle after a traffic stop last August. The State Trooper was shot once in the chest and survived. The suspect, mortally wounded by the trooper, drove about 1/2 mile down the highway before expiring. The suspect had three children with him, none of which were injured.
