Now, that is very frustrating. If I were the customer I would get pissed, whats the point of putting a chat support if the customer will still be advised to call the toll free hotline number? such inconvenience. why not find an alternative contact center software which is more innovative, simple and easy to use. They should always bare in mind that customer service is the new marketing, so if they want their customer to stay, they better find a call center solution right away.
