Remember when Senate Democrats were in the minority and loved the filibuster? Remember when they filibustered everything President Bush and the GOP tried to do, including federal appellate court nominations? Remember when Senate Republicans were going to "nuke" the filibuster but seven RINOs, led by John McCain, joined with seven Democrats to stop them? Remember as recently as July when Harry Reid vowed, "We will not touch judges"? Neither does he, which might explain his noticeable glow today; Desperation makes race-baiters of....well, no, Dems have always been race-baiters; Should Republicans keep the pressure on ObamaCare or shut up and watch it burn?; and much, much more, if there's time for it.
